UP Board 2027 deadline extended

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has extended the deadline for 5,905 schools to generate, download and submit student lists for the 2026-27 academic session. The revised deadline is October 22, 2026.

The extension follows the failure of the identified schools to prepare the required records within the earlier timeline. School principals have been instructed to complete the pending process within the extended period.

Details of the revised schedule

Under the notification issued by the board secretary on October 16, 2026, the earlier deadline of October 15 has been replaced by October 22, 2026. The instructions apply to student records connected with Classes 9, 10, 11 and 12 for the 2026-27 academic session.

  • Schools affected: 5,905
  • Earlier deadline: October 15, 2026
  • Revised deadline: October 22, 2026
  • Academic session: 2026-27
  • Classes covered: 9, 10, 11 and 12
  • Submission office: District School Inspector's office
  • Documents required: Photo-bearing student lists and a copy of the treasury challan

The records are required for advance registration of students in Classes 9 and 11, as well as examination applications for Classes 10 and 12. The concerned schools had not generated the student lists required for these processes by the original deadline.

Principals must generate and download the photo-bearing lists and submit them, along with the treasury challan copy, to the District School Inspector's office by the revised date. Schools have also been directed to check the records carefully and complete the submission on time to prevent further delays in registration and examination application formalities.
