Coca-Cola India unveils 'Coca-Cola Foodmarks' in tribute to Raj Kapoor's legacy

Coca-Cola plans to introduce immersive cultural experiences globally, inspired by iconic cultural moments, aiming to showcase the diversity and unity of shared experiences through their 'Recipes for Magic' campaign.

Coca-Cola India announced the launch of Coca-Cola Foodmarks in India as part of its 'A Recipe for Magic' global campaign, celebrating global 'food landmarks'. The launch event, held at Embassy restaurant in Connaught Place, Delhi, paid homage to Bollywood legend Raj Kapoor and his iconic on-set meal moments.

 

Renowned Bollywood personalities Janhvi Kapoor and Karisma Kapoor graced the event, honoring Raj Kapoor's legacy. The highlight was a timeless photograph featuring Raj Kapoor alongside a Coca-Cola bottle, encapsulating the essence of the golden age of Bollywood.

 

The immersive experience at the launch event transported guests to the 1950s, with tech-forward interactive moments using A.I. Guests enjoyed filmy decor, special photo backdrops, and a musical stairway. The event also featured a regal entry by the Kapoor stars in vintage cars.

 

The spotlight was on Raj Kapoor's favorite Dal Makhani paired with ice-cold Coca-Cola, which will be a permanent addition to The Embassy's menu.

 

Kaushik Prasad, Senior Director - Marketing, Coca-Cola INSWA, expressed excitement about introducing Coca-Cola Foodmarks in India, emphasizing the company's commitment to spreading the Real Magic of shared moments and culinary excellence.

 

As part of the campaign, Coca-Cola will debut immersive experiences worldwide, inspired by iconic cultural moments. From Marilyn Monroe's New York City hot dog to scenes from the Hong Kong film The God of Cookery, Coca-Cola aims to showcase the diversity of their Recipes for Magic.
