It’s official! Orlando Bloom has found new love a year after his engagement to singer Katy Perry was called off.
The “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor confirmed his romance with Swiss model Luisa Laemmel during an outing in Italy recently.
The 49-year-old actor, who is father to Flynn, 15, with ex Miranda Kerr, and Daisy Dove, 5, with Perry, was spotted holding hands with the 28-year-old model as they made their way down a street in the Italian seaside town.
Bloom and Laemmel’s outing comes months after the couple first sparked dating rumours when they left Levi’s Stadium arm-in-arm after Super Bowl.

This new romance with the Swiss model is Bloom’s first public relationship since his high-profile split from Perry in July last year.
"I'm great," Bloom said during an appearance on Today in September last year when asked about the end of his 10-year relationship with Perry. “I'm so grateful. We've got a beautiful daughter. When you leave everything on the field like I did in this movie, I feel grateful for all of it.”
“The Lord of the Rings” actor emphasised that for him it was “nothing but love.”
Meanwhile, Perry has found love in boyfriend Justin Trudeau. The couple made their romance public when they first stepped out together late last summer.
“I am very in love. I'm a little bit like a rainbow kite. I fly super high and like, you know, touch the veil, cosmos, and sometimes I need to be anchored. So, to have that anchor finally makes me feel really whole now,” Perry said at the NYC premiere of her Lifetimes tour film.
