Bollywood actor Shraddha Kapoor’s recent LinkedIn debut has caused an internet frenzy.
The 38-year-old actor, who made her Bollywood debut in 2009 with "Teen Patti" and rose to fame in 2011 with "Aashiqui 2," has shared a refreshingly honest and witty account of her professional journey on LinkedIn.
Within just 24 hours of joining the professional networking platform, Shraddha garnered nearly 25,000 followers who greeted her with witty welcome messages and warm appreciation.
On her profile, Kapoor has listed herself as co-founder of Palmonas, a luxury jewellery brand, alongside her acting career.
Her bio reads: “Why be fine, when you can be demi fine?”, a playful reference to the demi-fine jewellery brand she co-founded in 2022. Her label Palmonas had created ripples on Shark Tank India, securing Rs 1.26 crore in funding from Namita Thapar and Ritesh Agarwal.
Screenshots of her page have gone viral, with netizens being delighted by her candid and hilarious work experience section.

She shared that she once worked at Einstein Bros Bagels, quipping, “I made bagels, really good ones.” The actress also joked about being a disastrous barista: “I was the worst and slowest barista in Boston. I want to find all the customers and apologise.”
Kapoor’s LinkedIn account initially encountered a snag when it was mistakenly flagged as fake.
Taking to Instagram, Kapoor expressed her frustration, saying, “Dear LinkedIn, I’m not being able to use my own account because LinkedIn thinks it’s fake. Can someone please help me? Account is made, premium and verified but no one else can see it (sic).”
The issue has since been resolved, and her profile is now visible to users.
On the work front, Shraddha was last seen in “Stree 2”, which became the highest-grossing Hindi film of the year. Prior to that, she starred in “Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar”, another commercial success.
