The Israeli defence forces said on Sunday that they will enforce a daily pause in the operations across three key areas in the Gaza Strip to support Humanitarian efforts, reports said. As per the statement, the military action will be suspended daily from 10 am to 8 pm local time in Al-Mawasi, Deir-al-Balah, and Gaza City. The pause will remain in effect until further orders.
This comes amid mounting pressure from the three European nations (E3), including Britain, France, and Germany. France has said that it will recognise the Palestinian state in the upcoming UN General Assembly session in September. While 23 other nations have called for an immediate halt to the Israeli actions, along with restoration of the aid to the hungry and desperate population in Gaza.
Pressure from the international community has forced the Israeli government to increase the supply of aid to the starving population in Gaza.

To facilitate further aid, the Israeli military said it had designated “so-called secure routes” in Gaza permanently. Though its actions on the aid seekers near the distribution sites paint a different picture. The IDF has said it will keep these secure routes open from 6 am to 11 pm each day to facilitate the movement of aid and civilians starting July 27.
The IDF said that the pauses will be implemented in specific “densely populated areas,” though military operations will continue in other parts of Gaza. “The decision was coordinated with the UN and international organisations following discussions on the matter,” it added.
"The IDF will continue to support humanitarian efforts alongside ongoing manoeuvring and offensive operations against terrorist organisations in the Gaza Strip to protect Israeli civilians. The IDF is prepared to expand the scale of this activity as required," the statement said.
