Following India’s precision strikes on terror camps in Pakistan in retaliation for the Pahalgam attack that claimed 26 lives, numerous leaders took to X (formerly Twitter) to praise the Indian Army for their swift and decisive action. The strikes, which targeted nine locations linked to terrorist activities against India, were hailed as a significant response to the violence.

Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh expressed his support with a simple yet powerful message, posting “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” on X.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also took to the platform, writing, “Jai Hind, Jai Hind Ki Sena,” showing his admiration for the Indian armed forces.

Union Minister Piyush Goyal shared an image labeled "Operation Sindoor" and captioned it with a strong, patriotic message, "Bharat Mata Ki Jai."

Even opposition leaders extended their support, applauding the Indian Army for its actions. Tejashwi Yadav posted in Hindi, “There should be neither terror nor separatism! We are proud of our brave soldiers and the Indian Army.”

Aditya Thackeray echoed similar sentiments, writing on X, “Terrorism in all its forms has to be eliminated. Tonight’s precision strikes in PoK are against terrorism, and kudos to the Indian defence forces for keeping it precise to sites where terrorism was being harboured. Hit them, hard enough that terrorism doesn’t stand a chance ever again. Jai Hind!”

The missile strikes targeted key locations in Kotli, Bahawalpur, and Muzaffarabad, which have been linked to terrorist activities. Pakistan’s Dawn News quoted Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, who condemned the strikes as a “cowardly attack,” amid the escalating tensions following the militant incident in occupied Kashmir.
