Former Sports Minister Kiren Rijiju shared a fun moment on social media, playing badminton with PV Sindhu and her husband, Venkata Datta Sai.
Posting on X (formerly Twitter), Rijiju wrote, "Super Saturday Morning for Fit India Movement with the Double Olympic Medalist, our pride World Champion @Pvsindhu1 and Venkata Datta Sai at Constitution Club New Delhi. Had a delightful Badminton Game."
Fans of the badminton star were thrilled by the post, which included a picture of the trio.
The match comes shortly after PV Sindhu and Venkata Datta Sai’s traditional Telugu wedding, held in Udaipur on December 22, 2024.
The intimate ceremony, attended by close family and friends, took place in the picturesque city. While official photos are awaited, glimpses from the celebration, shared by attendees like Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, have gone viral.
The wedding festivities included a vibrant Sangeet on December 20, followed by traditional Haldi, Pellikuthuru, and Mehendi ceremonies. Sindhu looked radiant in a cream-coloured saree, while Venkata Datta Sai donned an elegant off-white sherwani.
The couple will host a grand reception in Hyderabad on December 24.
