The AAP's manifesto will be named 'Kejriwal's Guarantee,' inspired by the BJP's 'Modi ki Guarantee' slogan introduced before the 2024 Lok Sabha election.

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convener Arvind Kejriwal.

The AAP is expected to continue its policy of offering freebies to attract voters in the upcoming Delhi elections. Sources indicate that the party's manifesto will include 7-8 key promises.

These will cover free electricity, water, healthcare, education, pilgrimage trips, and bus rides for women. In addition, the AAP will focus on improving infrastructure.

The manifesto will be titled 'Kejriwal's Guarantee,' similar to the 'Modi ki Guarantee' slogan used by the BJP before the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

For the AAP, which aims for a third consecutive victory in the Delhi polls, key initiatives include the Mahila Samman Yojana and the Sanjeevani Yojana. The party has promised to increase the monthly allowance for women voters (non-income taxpayers) from Rs 1,000 to Rs 2,100 if it wins the February 5 elections.

Under the 'Sanjeevani Yojana,' AAP has pledged free healthcare for residents over 60 years old. The party is also targeting priests and granthis in gurdwaras with the Pujari Granthi Samman Yojana, offering them a monthly honorarium of Rs 18,000.

To support autorickshaw drivers, who have backed the party since its 2013 debut, AAP has promised a social welfare package. This includes life and accident insurance worth Rs 15 lakh, Rs 1 lakh for daughters' weddings, and Rs 2,500 for uniforms twice a year.

The party's manifesto is also expected to include promises to waive incorrect water bills from the Delhi Jal Board (DJB), ensure clean drinking water for households, and outline major infrastructure projects.

Additionally, AAP has pledged funding to help Residents' Welfare Associations (RWAs) hire private security guards. The number of guards would depend on the number of families in each colony.
