Punjab DGP Gaurav Yadav announced on Monday that all eight bomb blast incidents that targeted the police installations in the state have been solved, and at least fourteen arrests have been made regarding the same.

Fourteen individuals, linked to the Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) and Khalistan Zindabad Force (KZF), have been arrested in connection with the blasts, said the DGP.

In a video message on social media, DGP Yadav revealed that five terrorist modules, with handlers in Pakistan, the US, Canada, and Europe, were behind the attacks. These modules, three linked to BKI and two to KZF, used grenades and RDX in the bombings. Authorities recovered two AK-47 rifles, five grenades, two Glock pistols, and 1.04 kg of heroin from the arrested suspects.

"We have thwarted the new conspiracy by Pakistan’s ISI and terrorist groups to disturb law and order in Punjab", said the DGP.
