She alleged that the primary accused, Raza Memon, targeted her while she was alone, attempting to force personal interactions through cryptic riddles on the company’s internal messaging system and demanding she keep their communications a "strict secret."

The victim said that the main accused, Raza Memon, had singled her out, trying to establish personal contact through the use of puzzles via the company’s private messaging platform and insisting that their conversations be kept "a strict secret."

The growing scandal, which is based on accusations of sexual harassment and coercion into religious conversions within a TCS-associated BPO in Nashik, has become even more sinister with yet another victim speaking against the case. According to her testimony, she said that the management was not only indifferent to her repeated requests but encouraged her to “forget about the issue” to prevent any further unnecessary scrutiny.

The alleged incident started in May 2023 when she was undergoing induction training. The victim said that the main accused, Raza Memon, had singled her out, trying to establish personal contact through the use of puzzles via the company’s private messaging platform and insisting that their conversations be kept "a strict secret." Although she found the behaviour unsettling, she admitted that the pressure of being a new recruit kept her silent during those initial months.

When she approached the quality manager and the team leader for support in June 2023, she received an answer that kept the responsibility of her security at stake. Instead of punishing Memon, whose behaviour was already known to be “questionable,” the supervisor instructed her to make sure that she would not remain alone in the office.

The alleged harassment took a more sinister turn after the woman got married in November 2025. She said that Memon started to make offensive comments regarding her personal affairs and spread rumours to damage her image. Moreover, she accused Memon, along with Danish and Tausif, who were her colleagues, of organising a sabotage at work by manipulating the call distribution system to make her receive one call right after another without the usual break of thirty seconds between them.

Perhaps most telling is the testimony of the survivor about her conversation with the Human Resource and Operations Manager, Ashwini Chainani. At the point when she tried to report her grievances to him, Chainani purportedly asked her, "Why do you want to be in the limelight? " He advised her not to take any action. Allegedly, Chainani's cover-up of the accused encouraged other employees to do what they pleased, such as Shahrukh's alleged sexual advances towards her in March 2026.

After having formally complained about their behaviour to Memon, Shahrukh, and Chainani, she noted that the indifference of the company itself towards such behaviour has “encouraged the misconduct.” Her statement is in Marathi, and has been found to be completely correct. This information makes another strong statement in favour of the increasing pressure put on Nashik unit legally.
