On Saturday, Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren opened an eco-friendly resort at the Masanjore Dam in Dumka district.
He mentioned that the state government is working hard to develop tourist destinations.
"The government is focused on boosting tourism and providing better facilities for visitors. Jharkhand has great potential for tourism," Soren said.
He also noted that key tourist spots are being improved, and tourism services are expanding to attract more visitors to the state.
The new eco-friendly resort at Masanjore Dam includes 25 cottages, with 10 premium and 15 deluxe options.
The resort also features a gym, parking, a cafeteria, and offers speed boating for tourists. This development will help promote Masanjore Dam as a unique and popular tourist destination.
