Bharatiya Janata Party floor leader in the Assembly Aleti Maheshwar Reddy has said that scams worth several thousand crores have taken place in the Congress government.
Addressing a press conference, he has said that he would "expose" them soon and then see what action Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy takes against the perpetrators.
He has promised to reveal all the names of the ministers involved in these alleged scams with evidences against them all.
The press conference was held BJP at state office in Nampally where Reddy has alleged that the chief minister was confined to delivering dialogues and there was no action.
He underscored that it has been a year since the Congress came to power, yet the government has failed to finalise the Rythu Bharosa guidelines.
He said that the previous Bharat Rashtra Samithi government framed the guidelines and even implemented the version of the farmer incentive scheme.
However, "the Congress just changed the name from Rythu Bandhu to Rythu Bharosa. It has been a year that the Congress governement is cheating the public and doing nothing,” Reddy added.
He also accused Deputy CM Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka of making untrue statements on loan waivers.
"A sub-committee had been formed on the pretext of depositing ₹9,000 crore in farmers’ bank accounts by December 28. One wonders what happened to that sub-committee’s report,” he said.
