India plans ₹28,229 crore highway along Arunachal's LAC

The Centre has approved ₹28,229 crore for the 1,637-km Arunachal Frontier Highway, which will connect 12 districts along the LAC. The ₹40,000 crore project aims to enhance infrastructure near the border and improve socio-economic conditions in Arunachal Pradesh, with completion targeted by 2027.
