Bengal unsafe for women, warns Guv CV Ananda Bose

In an interview at the Raj Bhavan here, Bose also asserted that Bengal was "consistently showing the symptoms of a soft state" and warned that unless something was done about it, the "prevailing fear psychosis will grow stronger, not just among women, but in society".
