BJP's 2nd Delhi manifesto promises free KG-to-PG education, insurance

Launching the BJP's 'Sankalp Patra' for the Delhi Assembly election, BJP MP Anurag Thakur said the party would provide the city's youth with one-time financial assistance of ₹15,000 for competitive examination preparation and reimburse travel and application fees twice.
