Concerns over new terror tactics, advanced weapons in J&K

Terrorists lie low for months after infiltrating into India, blend with the population and act only after receiving instructions from their masters. Advanced weapons and technical intelligence has also not been that fruitful as the terrorists leave signatures on the Internet only to confuse the security agencies.
