FATF condemns Pahalgam attack, links it to terror financing

Strongly condemning the Pahalgam terror attack, the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) pointed to Pakistan's terror financing networks and asserted that such an assault would not have been possible without the flow of funds supporting it.
