HP Cabinet restores NPA for super-specialists; hikes PG stipend

At a meeting chaired by Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, the Cabinet also approved an increase in the stipend of postgraduate (PG) students serving under the Department of Medical Education.
