NIA challenges bail for Khurram Parvez, Irfan Mehraj

Senior counsel for the NIA said the agency filed an appeal before a division bench comprising Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya and Justice Tejas Karia on Sunday. The matter is listed for hearing on Monday.
