J&K police seeks Interpol Red Corner Notice against doctor

Muzaffar is the brother of Dr Adeel, one of the eight people arrested in the case linked to the Red Fort blast. The group includes three doctors, and seven of the eight accused are from Kashmir. Officials said Muzaffar’s name came up during the questioning of those arrested.
