Kejriwal arrest on evasive reply grounds not justified : SC

Supreme Court Justice Ujjal Bhuyan on Friday rejected the CBI's contention that it kept Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in continued incarceration as he was evasive in his reply and was not cooperating.
