'Praising' Pakistan is not sedition unless India is denounced

The accused Suleman was booked under Section 152 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) by Paonta Sahib police in district Sirmour in May this year after his post was treated as inflammatory and against the interest of the nation.
