Special Revision to weed out illegal immigrants Assam: Himanta

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said the Special Intensive Revision of the electoral rolls has been deferred as the NRC remains unnotified, adding that the Election Commission’s newly ordered Special Revision will still help identify and remove illegal voters ahead of next year’s Assembly polls.
