India to have startups in every district by 2025: DPIIT

The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) has revealed an ambitious plan to set up startups in every district across India by the end of 2025. In the past nine years, the number of startups in the country has skyrocketed from merely 400 in 2014 to more than 157,000 today.
