SC summons all states on stray dog affidavits

While hearing a suo motu case titled “In Re: City Hounded By Strays, Kids Pay The Price”, a bench of Justices Vikram Nath, Sandeep Mehta, and NV Anjaria criticised authorities for non-compliance, noting that rising stray dog attacks were “tarnishing the country’s image abroad.”
